Information on this site
We aim to keep service and package information accurate. Package names, prices, billing periods and inclusions shown on this site are the current public versions. A monthly comparison figure is a calculation for comparison only and is not the amount due. Public package changes do not alter an agreement you have already made with us.
Engagements
Work begins only after scope, package and terms have been agreed in writing. Your agreement sets out the specific services, responsibilities, billing and any other terms that apply to you. Where this page and your agreement differ, your agreement applies.
Package scope
Each package includes the services described on its package page, delivered within the scope agreed in your project scope or order confirmation.
- Video editing is included in PLUS, PRO, ELITE and STUDIO, and not in CORE. It covers short-form editing of footage and assets you supply. Volume, file requirements, turnaround and revision arrangements are those confirmed in your project scope.
- Group-room access is included only in ELITE and STUDIO, with a maximum of six participants in total including the client, and is subject to activation during onboarding.
- Specialist roles in ELITE and STUDIO are roles included in the package, not full-time or exclusive staff.
- Unless expressly added in a separate written scope, packages do not include: paid advertising budget or campaign management; posting or scheduling to your accounts; community moderation, inbox or customer-support handling; sales closing or appointment-setting; filming, in-person production or travel; web, app or software development and CRM work; third-party subscriptions, ad spend, talent or production costs; or unlimited edits, revisions, requests or guaranteed turnaround times.
No guaranteed outcomes
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, budget, sales follow-up, platform algorithms and timing. We do not guarantee follower growth, views, revenue, customers, bookings, sponsorships or any other marketing outcome.
Client portal
Access to the client portal is by invitation and approval only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding and design belong to Valkrion Marketing unless stated otherwise. Ownership and usage rights for work created during an engagement are set out in the relevant agreement.
